Evolis Zenius 2 YMCKO Colour Ribbon (R5F002AAA)
The YMCKO ribbon is a 5-panel colour ribbon designed for printing a combination of full-colour images and single-colour text or barcodes. It consists of Yellow (Y), Magenta (M), and Cyan (C) panels that produce a full spectrum of colours by combining dyes using varying degrees of heat. The K panel is a black resin panel used for sharp text and barcodes, while the O panel applies a thin, clear protective overlay across the entire card surface.
The protective overlay retains high image quality despite frequent card use, optimising printed images and logos at 300 DPI resolution for a professional finish — allowing printed cards to last up to 3 years.
This ribbon yields 200 prints per roll and is compatible with Evolis Zenius and Primacy ID card printers. It is specially back coated to extend printhead life, and when stored under proper conditions, has a shelf life of up to one year.
