Evolis Quantum2
The Evolis Quantum2 is equipped with a modular, removable encoding unit that supports the combined personalization of magnetic stripe cards, contact smart cards, and contactless cards. This flexible system allows for on-site customization, adapting seamlessly as your card issuance requirements change.
Designed for high-volume output, the Quantum2 features both an input and output hopper with a 500-card capacity each. It can produce over 1,000 monochrome cards per hour, or more than 150 full-color cards, making it ideal for large-scale operations. Its dual-sided encoding unit operates independently from the print module, enhancing efficiency and performance.
For organizations requiring additional protection, a secure model of the Quantum2 is available. This version includes an optional central locking system that safeguards access to critical components such as the card hopper, ribbon, and encoding unit—ensuring a secure card production environment.
