Primacy Lamination ID card printer is an all-in-one, affordable system for Encoding, Colour sublimation printing and monochrome thermal transfer and laminating your cards with or without holograms. Evolis has a wide range of patches and laminates, with or without holograms. For added security, our teams can develop entirely personalized laminates.
Durable ID cards
Once your cards are encoded and printed, the Primacy Lamination system applies a protective film—either a varnish or a patch of selected thickness—using heat to seal it to the card’s surface. This lamination process enhances the card’s durability and extends its lifespan.
Both the printing ribbons and lamination films are easy to install, with the system automatically detecting and configuring them for use.

- Designed with near-edge patches that do not fully cover the card surface — patch size: 83 mm x 51.4 mm (covering 92% of the card area)
